Unless it has been determined that there is a company error or product defect, there are NO EXCHANGES. You have 2 business days (after receiving the product) to contact the company regarding any issues. The Support Team will confirm if an error/defect has occurred. At the time, exchanges and/or returns will be granted under these conditions:

  • Product seal cannot be broken
  • Extensions must be in the same condition as received
  • Same quantity of extensions must be returned before exchanges are complete
  • Apparel must be unworn
