THE HALO LIFE isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to THE HALO LIFE. We will email you once your package arrives for reshipment. You will receive an email with reshipment tracking.


THE HALO LIFE will only ship products to confirmed addresses. The address used has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking, the site will not confirm. Please allow 3-5 business days from the dates your item was purchased for processing. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, following processing.
